The 2015 Festival - Events

Picture
Choral Weekend
Saturday and Sunday, 11th and 12th July

Saturday 11th July, morning and afternoon - Come and Sing - an inspiring community singing day at St Thomas's Church, Kendal, led by Hilary Davies. This is not the traditional Come and Sing where a specific work is rehearsed and performed. Hilary Davies is a natural voice practitioner and leads workshops and community choirs in the West Midlands. She will be teaching us how to sing - really sing! - and we will learn various songs by ear.

This will be a completely different experience for us, and will be extremely enjoyable for casual singers and experienced choir members alike. Why not come along as a choir?

You can find more information about Hilary by clicking on this link.

Admission £15 per singer.

Audience welcome £6 (under-18s free) - pay at the door.

You can download an application form here.
